Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GigPayStub ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with GigPayStub.com (the "Site").

The short version: the pay stub information you type in (company name, employee details, earnings, deductions) is processed in your browser to build your document and is not sent to or stored on our servers. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We don't sell your data — we don't have your data to sell.

1. Information you enter into the generator

The details you fill in to build your Pay Stub — such as company name and address, employee name, pay period, earnings, and deductions — are used only to render your document in your browser. This information is not transmitted to, logged by, or stored on our servers.

2. Payment information

When you purchase a Pay Stub download, payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect, see, or store your card number or other payment credentials — Stripe handles this directly, under its own privacy policy and security standards. We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe (such as confirmation that a payment was completed) in order to unlock your download.

3. Cookies and analytics

As of the date above, this Site does not run third-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts. If that changes in the future — for example, if we add basic site analytics to understand traffic — we will update this policy to describe what's collected and why.

4. Information you send us directly

If you email us (for example, at gigpaystub@gmail.com), we'll have whatever information you choose to include in that message, which we use only to respond to you.

5. Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.

6. Data security

Because Pay Stub content is processed in your browser rather than on our servers, there is no server-side database of your pay stub details for us to secure or for a breach to expose. Payment data security is handled by Stripe's infrastructure.

7. Your choices

Since we don't store your Pay Stub information, there's nothing on our end to request access to, correct, or delete — closing or refreshing your browser clears it. For any questions about payment records, Stripe's own privacy policy governs data they hold on their systems.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly if the way the Site handles data changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
